Invitation to the 5th Annual Codman Shoulder Society
Dear Members of the Codman Shoulder Society,
You are cordially invited to the 5th Annual Codman Shoulder Society Meeting, which will be held on Saturday, June 23rd at the conclusion of the 2018 San Diego Shoulder Course. This year, we are honored to have Dr. Christian Gerber and Dr. Gilles Walch joining us as Keynote Speakers, and the meeting will feature several sessions and discussions as well as a working dinner discussing our first multicenter study. The meeting program is attached (click here).
If you plan on attending this year’s meeting, please RSVP to Michelle, one of my research assistants, at jchang30@mgh.harvard.edu. As we are finalizing our program, we would also appreciate your input as to whether 3:00pm or 4:00pm would be a better time to start the meeting. I hope you’ll consider joining us.
Best Regards,
Jon JP Warner, MD
